     ENTRY: Register as a user at www.furniturerow.com. Find a product you wish to review. Click on the ?write a review? link. Give a rating between 1 and 5 and write your review (?Product Review Entries?). Check your Product Review Entry and click ?submit.? Product Review Entries may be submitted on a monthly basis. Limit five (5) Product Review Entries per household per month. Any Product Review Entries submitted in excess of 5 per household per month will not be entered into the random drawing, but will be posted on www.furniturerow.com. All Product Review Entries submitted become the property of Furniture Row, LLC and its Affiliated Companies (?Sponsor?) and none will be returned. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied Product Review Entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Product Review Entries, hardware, software, telephone, electronic, network or computer malfunctions, failures, errors or data inaccuracies.

     ELIGIBILITY: The Furniture Row Rate2Win Giveaway is open to persons who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Sponsor?s employees, its agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of Sponsor?s families and households are not eligible.

     DRAWING: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about the 5th day of each month by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this giveaway.

     PRIZE: One winner will be selected each month and will receive a grand prize: A Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) electronic gift certificate valid at www.furniturerow.com or any Furniture Row store including Sofa Mart, Oak Express, Bedroom Expressions, Denver Mattress Co. and Furniture Row Outlet. The monthly winners must redeem the gift certificates within thirty (30) days of the date of issuance. The gift certificates may be applied to merchandise, delivery and product protection offers. The gift certificates may not be applied to sales taxes. The winners will be responsible for separately paying all applicable sales taxes. In the event that the winners do not spend the full amount of the gift certificates at the time of redemption, the winners will forfeit the remaining amount of the gift certificates.

     GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sponsor will make reasonable efforts after it randomly selects the winners to notify the winners via e-mail to the e-mail addresses associated with the winning Product Review Entries. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable through no fault of Sponsor will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Product Review Entries received. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and Sponsor?s decisions. The prize is non-transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the featured prize becomes unavailable. In the event this giveaway becomes technically corrupt in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the giveaway. In such event, winners will be selected by random drawing from among all valid Product Review Entries received before cancellation, termination or suspension. By accepting the prize, the winners agree that neither Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors, legal representatives and attorneys will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, or expense including, without limitations, all reasonable attorneys? fees and court costs arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or enjoyment of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity including, without limitation, any personal injury or property damage. Acceptance of the prize shall further constitute and signify the winners? agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winners? names, likenesses and biographical information worldwide without limitation for any advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.
